Fertility test and tips for men
How old are you?
The traditional view is that a man can become a father well into old age, but new research suggests there's a "best before" time, just as for women. Studies from France in 2008 showed that men over 35 are more likely to make sperm with damaged DNA. This can make conception take longer, and can even increase the chance of miscarriage.
Score 0 if you are over 35. Score 5 if you are 35 or less.
Do you smoke?
Cigarette smoke can damage sperm, and reduce their swimming speed. Smoking also contributes to erection problems, with an obvious impact on fertility. The damage to health isn't always linked with how much you smoke.Score 0 if you're a smoker. Score 5 if you're a non-smoker, or stopped smoking at least 90 days ago (the time it takes to produce new sperm).
How much do you booze?
Alcohol can lower levels of the male hormone testosterone, and therefore inhibit sperm production. This can happen to even moderate drinkers. And of course drink can affect erections too.
Score 0 if you regularly drink 3 units or more a day. Score 5 if you drink less than this.
Have you had an STI?
Chlamydia and gonorrhoea can both block the epididymis, the delicate pipework that carries sperm from the testicle, causing permanent fertility problems. Gonorrhoea often causes a discharge from the penis, but chlamydia doesn't necessarily. Around one man in eight has chlamydia, and at least half of them have no symptoms.
Score 0 if you have had chlamydia or another STI, or have never had a test. Score 5 if you had a negative test, or had prompt treatment.
What's your weight?
Being overweight can reduce levels of testosterone, and therefore lower the sperm count. Studies also suggest that being underweight can have a similar effect on sperm.
Score 0 if your BMI is over 29 or under 20. Score 5 if your BMI is between 20 and 29.
Do you take drugs?
A few medicines, including drugs for cancer, can affect sperm production temporarily, but it can sometimes be permanent. Anabolic steroids - the kind banned in sport - suppress sperm production. Most street drugs, including coke, cannabis, ecstasy and heroin, can lower the count and cause abnormal sperm. Cannabis can also make sperm too sluggish to fertilize an egg.
Score 0 if you take recreational drugs now or have taken any in the last 3 months. Otherwise score 5.
Do you get overheated?
Sperm production is sensitive to heat. The testicles work best at a steady temperature of 32 C (89.6F), which is why they're housed in the relatively cool scrotum. Boxer shorts made of cotton help keep your sperm factory at an ideal temperature. Tight synthetic underpants, frequent hot baths, and using a laptop a lot can all reduce the sperm count by up to 25 per cent.
Score 0 if you have long hot baths, wear tight briefs or use a laptop for more than around 30 minutes a day. Otherwise score 5.
How much do you exercise?
An active lifestyle is good for health and can help conception, but over-training can drastically reduce the sperm count. If you often run marathons or you exercise vigorously for over an hour a day, your fertility could be halved.
Score 0 if you're either a couch potato or an exercise addict. Otherwise score 5.
Are you stressed?
Over time, serious stress can affect several hormones, including those that control sperm production. Life can't be entirely stress-free, but you can learn to manage stress. Some men benefit from anger management classes, while others just need to make more time for leisure and exercise.
Score 0 if you feel constantly stressed. Score 5 if you think you're coping well.
Have you had a problem with the testicles?
A number of infections and disorders can affect fertility. Mumps can cause the testicles to become inflammed and infected, but this rarely affects fertility. Injuries to the testicle (as in sport) and operations for undescended testicle are more common, because these can damage blood flow to the testicles. A condition called varicocoele (like a knot of varicose veins on the testicle) may also reduce fertility. If you think your testicles have changed in any way, see your GP.
Score 0 if you have had an op or serious injury to the testicle. Otherwise score 5.
Analysis
If your score is under 20
The odds look low right now. On the plus side, you can make lifestyle changes, so there's everything to play for. Not all the risk factors are equally vital to every man. If you're overweight and take drugs, getting clean is far more important. See your GP or practice nurse for support and advice that's tailored to you.
If your score is between 20 and 40
Your chances of fatherhood are about average, but you can boost them by changing any bad habits that are affecting your fertility. Your practice nurse can help with stopping smoking or with reaching your ideal weight.
If your score is over 40
You're in good shape. As a rough guide, if a young couple have regular sex, there's a one in 5 chance of pregnancy every month. You're likely to conceive within six months, but it's not a certainty because there's an element of luck. Bottom line? If you want a baby, all you can do is keep trying.

English teachers for pre-schools
Pre-schools will be part of the national education system and will be provided with trained English teachers, deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced this morning.
The education minister observed that students in such pre-schools learnt basic English in less than a year.
“The children were able to study and speak in English. My idea is that we should make learning of English at pre-schools a thrust in the early learning process. We will, therefore, add pre-schools to our education system,’ he told 3,000 educators, teachers and ministry officials at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre yesterday.
The meeting was parf et offorts to explain the government's decision to revert to the teaching of science and mathematics in Bahasa Malaysia.

So, if this strategy will encourage children to speak English when they are in primary and secondary schools? From one view, this can help children improving their English. Children are just like a piece of white paper. They can be written or drawn which ever way you prefer especially when we want them to learn English. Even if they are taught French at an early age, they will be able to grasp the knowledge very quickly as long as the teacher is competent. Therefore, it is important for the MOE to start English at the early age in order to prepare the children for the primary and secondary schools.

Sex can stop a cold and diabetes?
I have found an interesting article on the newspaper and I want to share with you guys. However, this article is only for our knowledge and please don't make this article as a reason for you guys in doing sex.
1. Longer life
Sex is associated with good health and a longer life as a survey done by the American Association Of Retired Persons. Almost half of over-50s (44%) described their health as excellent or very good when they had intercourse at least once a week. Having sex in your 50s can slash the risk of prostate cancer. It could be due to dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) which floods the body during sex and surges on orgasm.
Bloodstream levels of this hormone are five times higher than normal when sexual pleasure peaks. DHEA has been shown to be beneficial in fighting reduced insulin response and middle-age spread.
2. Blood pressure
In the heat of the hump, sex increases blood pressure but in the long run it reduces it which can decrease the risk of stroke. A study done by Biological Psychology proved that regular sex lowers diastolic blood pressure. Satisfying sex also increases output of the chemical transmitter dopamine, which improves relaxation and counteracts stress hormones associated with hypertension.
3. Combats diabetes
The exercise and calorie burning benefits of sex help reduce Type 2 diabetes risk. A study in the Journal of the American Medical Association reported that DHEA improves insulin action. It also combats central obesity.
4. Heart boost
Men who have sex less than once a month are twice as likely to have a fatal heart attack than men who make love at least twice a week. Sun GP Dr Carol Cooper says: “Sex is great for the cardiovascular system but how much you get out depends on how much effort you put in. Because it boosts circulation, sex increases the supply of oxygen to cells and stimulates the activity of various organs and systems within the body. Erectile dysfunction can also indicate cardiovascular problems.
5. Weight control
Sun fitness expert Nicki Waterman says: “Just 30 minutes of sex will burn around 200 calories, so if you have sex five days a week, that’s equivalent to two-and-a-half hours in the gym. For best results, women can hop on top because this will help firm their thighs and tone their belly.” An orgasm can burn 60-100 calories, 30 minutes of snogging will blitz 90 calories. And orgasms release both enkephalins and dopamine. These feel-good body chemicals help to reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol which is associated with weight gain, particularly around the tummy. Women lost 10.2 per cent of their abdominal fat and men lost 7.4 per cent.
6. Self-defence
A healthy sex life will help keep colds at bay. Making love raises the levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA) which is the frontline of the body’s immune system, according to scientists at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, US.
7. Banishes headaches
IT might be the most tried-and-tested excuse to avoid having sex, but it seems a headache can disappear after you have a good romp. Orgasms release oxytocin and endorphins, natural chemicals which reduce pain.
8. Heal thyself
Oxytocin — known as the bonding chemical is responsible for that warm glow that comes after good sex. It can also help heal wounds. Studies show that high levels of oxytocin damp down inflammation-causing chemicals and speed up healing by as much as 25 per cent.
9. Sleep tight
When oxytoxin is being released by satisfying sex, it acts as nature’s nightcap. Men are the most susceptible to this hormone which is why they generally fall asleep within two-to-five minutes after sex and women take 20-to-25 minutes to nod off.

MONEY
There was a man who worked all of his life and saved all of his money. He was a real miser when it came to his money. He loved money more than just about anything, and just before he died, he said to his wife, "Now listen, when I die, I want you to take all my money and place it in the casket with me. I wanna take my money to the afterlife."
So he got his wife to promise him with all her heart that when he died, she would put all the money in the casket with him.
Well, one day he died. He was stretched out in the casket, the wife was sitting there in black next to her closest friend. When they finished the ceremony, just before the undertakers got ready to close the casket, the wife said "Wait just a minute!"
She had a shoe box with her, she came over with the box and placed it in the casket. Then the undertakers locked the casket down and rolled it away. Her friend said, "I hope you weren't crazy enough to put all that money in the casket."
"Yes," the wife said, "I promised. I'm a good Christian, I can't lie. I promised him that I was going to put that money in that casket with him."
"You mean to tell me you put every cent of his money in the casket with him?"
"I sure did. I got it all together, put it into my account and I wrote him a check."

66% of women watch porn
We are talking about porn everyday and we have associate pornography with men only. How about women?
A study has been done in Britain to proof whether women also watching porn or not.
A survey been conducted in Britain through more than 1000 readers completed the risqué questionnaire. A revealing Sun survey has taken away the taboos and discovered that 66 % of women watch porn. Besides, nearly nine out of ten men (88%) view it, while a quarter of them watch it every day. The survey also revealed that 16 per cent of men often use porn as part of foreplay and 77% of men admitted their love of blue movies to their partners.
In addition, this survey also found that a third of all male and female porn watchers are aged between 18 and 25, while 28 per cent of male fans and 22 per cent of females are aged from 26 to 35. Besides, nearly a third of women (29%) indulging are aged 36 to 45, compared with 21 per cent for men and only 18 per cent of men and 16 per cent of women who like blue movies are aged over 45. The survey also revealed that 76% of men and 87% of women who look at porn are married or in a relationship. Only 22% of men and 10% of women who watch porn are single. 1% of male porn fans are divorced compared to 2% for women and a further 1% of both sexes are separated from their partners.
For those married or in a relationship, 64% of men watch X-rated films with their partner, while 57% of women share viewing. The survey also found that 46% of men said they would be TURNED ON if they caught their girlfriend or wife secretly watching porn while only 11% would be upset by her having all the fun without them. However, the other 43% would not be bothered either way if they caught their girlfriend looking at these explicit images.
However, for women, they would obviously feel differently about watching adult films in a relationship. From the survey result, 34% of them would be very upset if they caught their partner watching porn. On the other hand, the same number (34%) would not feel turned on or get angry if they found their partners enjoying dirty pictures. But more than a quarter (26%) would get aroused.
For those in a relationship, 77% of men claimed that their partner was fully aware of what they were up to. 65% of women say their partner watches porn without them, while 14% reckoned that their husbands or boyfriends definitely did not look at images of sexy women and a sneaky 15% of men admitted hiding their blue movies from their partner. However, only 6% of women admit to watching porn once a day but more than a quarter (26%) say they watch it once a month.
However, nearly half of all men questioned (46%) look at porn once or twice a week but 53% of women say they rarely watch porn. 14% of readers say they only watch porn once a month while 15% claim they look at it very rarely.
Besides married and in a relationship, couples also admitted using sexy films to spice up things in the bedroom. Out of the 57% of women who watch porn with a partner, a third regularly use it as part of foreplay, while 41% admit to having watched it several times with their man. Other than that, 64% of men who share viewing, 37% admit having watched it once or twice while 47% have used it several times as a couple.

aii... kesian kwn aku tu...
Kepada kawan aku tu, hrp diminta bersabar banyak-banyak. Biasa la adat bercinta, ada kala kita gembira, ada kala kita sedih. Jangan diikut perasaan tu. Macam orang-orang tua cakap, "Bunga bukan sekuntum, kumbang bukan seekor". Banyak-banyakkan bersabar. Semoga ko success di kemudian hari.

Apa perasaan anda??

"Mengintai derita Gaza: Pelukan hiba diiringi linangan air mata"
- Jamilul Anbia

Love...
If you kiss her, you are not a gentleman
If you don’t, you are not a man
If you praise her, she thinks you are lying
If you don’t, you are good for nothing
If you agree to all her likes, you are a wimp
If you don’t, you are not understanding
If you visit her often, she thinks it is boring
If you don’t , she accuses you of double-crossing
If you are well dressed, she says you are a playboy
If you don’t , you are a dull boy
If you are jealous, she says it’s bad
If you don’t, she thinks you do not love her
If you attempt a romance, she says you didn’t respect her
If you don’t, she thinks you do not like her
If you are a minute late, she complains it’s hard to wait
If she is late, she says that’s a girl’s way
If you visit another man, you’re not putting in “quality time”
If she is visited by another woman, “Oh it’s natural, we are girls”
If you kiss her once in a while, she professes you are cold
If you kiss her often, she yells that you are taking advantage
If you stare at another woman, she accuses you of flirting
If she is stared by other men, she says that they a just admiring
If you talk, she wants you to listen
If you listen, she wants you to talk

Siapa Yahudi? Siapa Orang Islam?
SEJAK 18 hari ini seluruh dunia meratap gara-gara kezaliman Israel. Tentera Zionis terus-menerus mengebom, mengganyang rakyat Palestin. Israel, nampaknya terlalu berkuasa.

Jawapannya: Pendidikan, pelajaran, ilmu.
Mengapa umat Islam terlalu lemah?
Amerika sahaja, menghasilkan barangan dan perkhidmatan bernilai AS$12 trilion, China AS$8 trilion, Jepun AS$3.8 trilion dan Jerman AS$2.4 trilion.
Begini tulisan beliau:
